Information you choose to share

This website does not ask you to create an account or submit personal information directly. If you email Flourish With Curiosity Coaching, the information you include will be used to respond to your message and communicate with you about coaching.

Scheduling and video sessions

Scheduling links take you to Acuity Scheduling, a service operated by Squarespace. Acuity may collect contact, appointment, and other information you choose to provide. Video sessions may be conducted through Zoom. Those services process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

Please do not include protected health information, patient information, or urgent mental-health concerns in scheduling forms or email.

How information is used

Information you provide is used only to respond to inquiries, arrange coaching conversations, deliver coaching services, and maintain necessary business records. It is not sold.

Coaching confidentiality

Coaching conversations are treated as confidential. Information is not shared without your permission except when disclosure is required by law or there is an imminent risk of serious harm. Coaching is not medical care, psychotherapy, crisis support, or employment evaluation.

Testimonials

If you submit a testimonial, the comment and any name you choose to provide are stored for private review. Testimonials are not published automatically. A testimonial may be shared only according to the permission you provide on the submission form. Please do not include confidential patient information, protected health information, or other sensitive details. You may request that a testimonial be withdrawn by emailing hello@flourishwithcuriosity.com.
